Services Covered

Domain Registration, Web Hosting, SSL certificates, Email Hosting, DNS management, backups, and all related infrastructure services provided by Atrimote.

Independent Contractor

Atrimote operates as an independent contractor and service provider. No partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is implied.

Registry Representation

For domain services, Atrimote acts as an agent for relevant registries (including ICANN-accredited operators).

Billing Cycle

Services are billed in advance on monthly or annual cycles. Third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal

All services automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal date. Failure to cancel before billing results in renewal charges.

Hosting Refund Policy

Hosting services may qualify for a limited refund period (e.g., 30 days), subject to fair usage and compliance with acceptable use policies.

Domain Ownership

Domain registration does not grant ownership. It grants a licensed right of use governed by registry rules and ICANN policies.

Free Domain Policy

If a free domain is included with hosting and the service is cancelled early, the standard retail domain cost will be deducted from refunds.

WHOIS Accuracy

Clients must provide accurate WHOIS data. Failure to do so is considered a material breach and may result in suspension or cancellation.

Domain Transfers

Domains will not be transferred or released until all outstanding invoices are fully paid.

Registry Control

Registries retain ultimate control over domain allocation, suspension, and dispute resolution.

Domain Locking

Domains may be locked to prevent unauthorized transfers or modifications for security reasons.

Anti-Spam Policy

Strict no-SPAM policy applies. Sending unsolicited emails or abusive messaging is prohibited.

Illegal Content

Hosting phishing, hacking tools, warez, or any illegal content is strictly forbidden.

Server Resource Abuse

Excessive CPU, RAM, or bandwidth usage affecting server stability is not allowed.

No Warranty

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, performance, or uninterrupted availability.

Data Loss Disclaimer

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups. Atrimote is not liable for any data loss or corruption.

SLA Limits

Any uptime guarantees exclude maintenance and force majeure events. Remedies are limited to service credits only.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Atrimote harmless from claims arising from their content or usage.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the applicable jurisdiction determined by Atrimote operations.

Third Party Beneficiary

Domain registries (ICANN-related entities) may enforce registry terms directly as third-party beneficiaries.

Domain Refund Policy (Critical Clause)

Notwithstanding any other provision, domain name registration and renewal fees are strictly non-refundable in whole or part. Registry charges apply immediately upon activation. If a domain was provided free with a hosting plan, the standard retail price of the domain will be deducted from any hosting refund.
